While the series impresses with its compelling story, characters, and dark tone, it suffers from pacing issues and filler dialogue due to an increased episode count. The animation quality is exceptional, although some fight scenes suffer from choppy animation and mismatched sound effects. Overall, it's a fantastic show with superb fight choreography and gripping action sequences.
