Despite some major issues with certain characters and pacing, the movie excels in delivering a complex villain, impressive visuals, and a satisfying ending. With standout performances and a strong sense of humor, it's the best superhero movie the reviewer has seen, although it falls just short of a perfect score due to significant flaws.
